Your own event account manager and entrance solution

With ticketscript, you have an experienced Account Manager who will support you with all your questions and give you practical advice about social media and other promotional resources. Your Account Manager is also available outside of usual office hours.

Event marketing assistance

Your Account Manager will also help you with any ticketshop issues: from financial matters to marketing advice. You can contact your Account Manager with any questions and requests about ticket sales, statistics, event promotion and communication with your target group. The ticketscript Account Manager is there to help you make your event a success.

Entrance management

Your experienced ticketscript entrance manager will provide you with a proven entrance solution suited to your event site. The entrance manager will contact you in the week prior to the event. If you sell more than a 1,000 tickets you will get on-site help at the event by one of the ticketscript Event Co-ordinators. The Event Co-ordinator will instruct your personnel and provide you with free on-site technical support during the busy first 4 hours of your event.
