Position
As product developer you will be responsible for sculpting new online and mobile products. You will be responsible for our product portfolio acting as the visionair, expert, consultant and planner. These products have to be aimed at supporting our service and help our customers to sell more tickets in a forward-thinking way. You are up to date with market analysis to get a sense of what’s popular with consumers. You have a sense of how trends will change,
so that products can be designed with these changes in mind.

As you will need to work with both technical and commercial teams you have to be able to adapt your vocabulary and explain different points-of-views depending on the situation. You should be a strong communicator as you have to be able to present and defend your point of view to different audiences, besides that you need to be a good and objective listener so you can take all points of view into consideration when determining the future route of your products.


Responsibilities

  • Creating product requirement documents that define the requirements, analysis of target markets and the consumer experience based on consumer and business needs assessments
  • Work closely with several departments within the company
  • Gather information from all stakeholders
  • Understanding customer needs and helping to define and improve the user experience on our products
  • Analyse market opportunities and competitors
  • Working with marketing teams to define appropriate communications of product changes and launches to customers
  • Working with reporting/planning/BI teams to understand performance against objectives, identify corrective actions and opportunities for improvement, and manage with senior stakeholders

Education and skills

  • 5+ years of experience with online product development;
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, highly articulate and an ability to influence
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience in working closely with a development team
  • Experience with mobile product development is an advantage
  • Experience with Scrum is an advantage
  • A technical (online) background is an advantage
  • Fluent in English

Junior developer

Position
As a junior developer you are eager to learn, sink your teeth into issues and offer general support for the IT department. You will be part of our highly skilled development team where you will get all the opportunities to learn on the job. Your day to day work will mainly involve analysing and fixing bugs and participating in
Scrum meetings (standups, planning, retrospective)

Test/QA developer

  • Writing test plans for new features in an agile environment;
  • Test software against requirements
  • Quality assurance of user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Implementing test pipelines and processes into a CI environment
  • Feedback to development team

Education and skills

  • Proficiency with Selenium, Jasmine, Cucumber or similar test tools and frameworks
  • Ability to translate exploratory and manual testing into automated tests

Front­end specialist

As our lead front­end engineer you will determine the front­end strategy and design of our future platform. You will work closely with our back­end developers in a highly skilled and professional Scrum­team. You will be up to date with the latest front­end technologies and know how to apply them. You identify and address performance bottlenecks and come up with solutions.

Responsibilities

● Design and develop improvements for interaction design and usability;
● Identify and communicate best practices for (mobile) front­end engineering;
● Write and maintain quality front­end code;
● Ensure the application is fully functional cross­browser and cross­platform;
● Participate in the Scrum team and code reviews;

Education and skills

● 3+ years of experience with building web applications;
