Hyper Japan ticketing case study
Hyper Japan is a 3 day exhibition showcasing Japanese culture. Over 25,000 people attended the show in 2011 to sample Japanese cuisine, fashion, culture and more.
Ticketscript’s ticketshop was integrated into Hyper Japan’s website and Facebook fan page, providing ticket buyers with e-tickets and m-tickets. ‘Hidden’ ticketshops were set up so event sponsors could offer their customers discounted tickets for the event with a link to a ticketshop that was exclusively for the event sponsor’s promotions.

The flexibility of ticketscript's system has allowed us to have multiple sales channels and having Facebook ticketing was a great way to increase our ticket sales. One of the other things that was very useful at the actual event was knowing at any point in time how many people were at the event, through ticketscript's entrance management solution.
