Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be changed for other tickets. You can read this in the terms of use in the ticketshop. My tickets are stolen or lost. What should I do?

Unfortunately we cannot assist you. You are responsible for your tickets. We advise to arrive as early as possible at the event. Tickets are only valid once. You can print the tickets again. I would like to change my email address. Is that possible?

For security reasons it is only possible to change your email address with a proof of payment (such as a print screen of bank or credit card statement). When we have received this proof of payment we will change the email address and resend the tickets. I have paid for my tickets but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?

It could be that the link in your email was broken. Please do the following:
- Copy the first part of the link (blue) and paste it in your address bar (from https..)
- Copy the second part of the link (black) and paste it behind the first part in the address bar (ends at ...lang=)

You can pay via internet banking, credit card, debit card or Paypal. If you don’t have the option to pay online you could ask a friend or family member to help you out or you can contact the event promoter. I have paid for my tickets but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?
