Stop press: it turns out that nobody likes being ripped off. 92% of people feel conned by extra charges when they buy a ticket. Single pricing keeps things straightforward for everyone involved.


6. They also love buying direct                    

41% of people prefer to buy direct, finding it a pain to be redirected to a third-party website. Perhaps surprisingly, 32% of people will actually lose trust in your event if they’re redirected.
