You can improve your rankings by using a range of keyword and phrases in your website content and also in your ticketscript ticketshop. For SEO to work properly it is critical the keywords are in the correct places, ask your website developer or update them in your website Content Management System (CMS) and include them in:

  • Page titles (e.g. Event/company name ticketshop – date of event)
  • Meta descriptions (A sentence about the page e.g. Get your tickets for xxxx event on 20th December 2012 at www.xxx.com)
  • Link addresses
  • Alt tags (name your images) (e.g. xxx event 2011)
  • Meta keywords (e.g. event company name, ticketshop, venue name, date of event)

You can also add this information in your ticketscript dashboard.
