Create an Entrance List for your Event

It’s so easy to create an entrance list for your event. Simply follow these steps.

  1. In the dashboard, click on the “Tools” tab at the top of the screen.
  2. In the “Tools” page, click on the “Entrance” tab.
  3. In the “Entrance” page, go to the “Type” drop-down menu and select the “Last name” option.
  4. In the “File type” drop-down menu, select between Excel, OpenOffice, CSV or HTML depending on your preferred format.
  5. Use the “Event” and “Date” drop-down menus to select the specific event ticketing details required.
  6. Leave “Timeslot”, “Tickets” and “Period” drop-down menus set to “All” and the “From” and “Until” tabs blank to ensure that all of the tickets sold for the specified event(s) are in the entrance list.
  7. Once you have filled out all the fields, click on the “Export” tab. This will save the entrance list to the “Downloads” folder on your computer.
