Drupal is free software that allows users to publish and manage content on their website. To allow your ticketshop to appear on your web page using Drupal, you must first retrieve the iFrame code from your dashboard and insert it into a text box.

  1. To find your ticketshop’s iFrame code, log in to your dashboard and click on the ticketshop tab. Click on the third blue icon to the right of your ticket channel. This page will display all of the script for your chosen ticket shop
  2. Highlight and copy the code from the iFrame text box
  3. Open your Drupal account and create a new text box. You must ensure that the input format of the box is configured to allow all HTML
  4. Paste the iFrame code into the text box and publish.

Alternatively, if you wish your ticket shop to appear in a different window, you can use the URL link and simply attach the link to a word or image. To retrieve your URL link click on the third blue icon to the right of your ticket channel as before. There is a separate box entitled URL containing the link, which you can attach as a hyperlink to an image or word on your website.

Remember that you can customise the look of your ticketshop to best tie in with the style of your website. To do this, select the first blue icon to the right of your ticketshop channel. This will take you to the layout page where you can change font and colour to best suite the look of your site.
