There are several reasons why your tickets or events may not appear in your online ticketshop. Check the following areas of your dashboard to fix this problem. If you still experience problems contact ticketscript for advice.
Go to your dashboard and click on Events. Click on the pencil icon to the right of your event and select Sales Channels. Ensure the correct sales channels are set to ON. To alter the status of a sales channel from off to on, click on the grey OFF button and it will turn green and display as ON. Remember to click Save at the bottom of the page and Finish on the next page to save your changes.
When you create a new event, you must follow the process through to the end and click the Finish button or your event will remain unregistered. This will mean your event will not appear in your ticketshop. If you have an event on your account that is not appearing in your ticketshop, click on Events, then the pencil icon and follow the process through again, ensuring all the information is correct and clicking Save and Finish at the end of pages. This will complete your event registration.
