What are the fees?

Our service is free to event organisers. The ticket buyer pays a single, transparent service charge at the point of ticket purchase. The total charge a ticket buyer pays is: A service fee of 10% on the face value of your ticket – minimum fee £1. For this ticketscript provides a unique e-ticket and/or mobile ticket, as well as support for the ticket buyer. Our service charge is designed to be simple for both the event organiser and ticket buyer. We continue to lead best practice by ensuring our service charge is as simple and transparent as possible. When would I get my money?

Payment will be issued within 5 working days of the event taking place. If you have an event taking place on multiple dates (ie a weekend event), the payment will take place 5 working days after the last event date. This is the same for continuous events. The payment will be made to the event organiser’s bank account, the information for which should be added to the organiser’s ticketscript account through the Dashboard. Can I get payment before my event?

Event organisers will be paid 5 working days after an event takes place; however, please contact your account manager if you’d like to discuss what your advance payment options are. .

Is my money safe?

Yes. All revenue from your ticket sales is kept in escrow until your event has finished. Your money is safe, and your ticket buyers are protected.

How long before I can start selling tickets?
