Since the launch of ticketscript’s new look ticketshop earlier this year, ticket sales have been steadily increasing, and conversion rates on mobile are at an all time high with clients experiencing a 125% increase in mobile conversion. Statistics show that customers purchasing tickets today are 4x more likely to use a mobile device compared to 2015.
This dramatic jump in mobile activity solidifies ticketscript’s focus on a mobile-first design, allowing customers to purchase tickets easily from any device, anywhere, anytime.
Data also shows a significant shift in the split of mobile users compared to desktop users year-on-year. Mobile users are now clearly the majority, moving from 45.9% share in 2015 to 63.6% in 2016. Whilst desktop users are in decline, falling from 47.4% in 2015 to 31.1% in 2016.
