ADE expects more than 200,000 visitors this year. Ticketscript is the official ticketing partner of ADE and delivers online ticketshops for more than 75% of all participating clubs and events. 12% of these ADE ticket sales are done through a smartphone. Also 17% of all ticket buyers choose for a mobile ticket instead of the usual e-ticket at the end of the purchase process.

“The growth of mobile ticketing is a trend that we have been monitoring over the past year and ADE ticket sales confirms this trend yet again.” said Joep Lecluse, group marketing director for ticketscript. “ADE is dedicated to innovation and ticketscript uses the latest technologies to guarantee all visitors an optimal experience, from purchasing a ticket to an efficient entrance. The introduction of Apple’s passbook makes it even easier to manage these mobile tickets, this fits perfectly with the strategy of ticketscript. “

To celebrate this mobile success, ticketscript is giving away an iPhone 5 to one new customer who registers for a free account with ticketscript in October 2012. For more information go to: ticketscript.com/ade
