Ticketscript, social and mobile ticketing provider for over
30,000 events across Europe, has introduced positive changes to the ticket fee
To increase transparency for ticket buyers ticketscript has taken the step of simplifying
the fees that are seen during the ticket buying process. The idea is to increase the
confidence of the ticket buyer.
From now on ticket buyers will only see one fee at the point of selecting their tickets,
rather than with the additional card processing fee commonly attached at the end of the
ticket buying process.
Ticketscript have taken this step to continue to deliver best practice within the event
industry. Jason Legg, UK Commercial Manager, says: “This is a change that is regularly
requested by existing and new clients. We felt it was important to listen and act to
improve the service for the event organiser, and ultimately the ticket buyer.”
The update will make the ticket buying process faster, simpler, and clearer for the ticket
