You may have heard us talking about how we’re a 360-degree, end-to-end solution. That’s because we don’t *just* help event organisers sell more tickets – one of the things that makes ticketscript unique is the complimentary entrance solutions we provide, whatever the size of your event.
Having worked with thousands of events, our Entrance Management team are experts at ensuring a smooth experience for your guests. We’re always on hand to help wherever needed.
For example, while the different EM options below are all free, we’ll advise which we think suits you best depending on your needs and the scale of your event. Here’s a quick explanation of our solutions:
Flow app (Up to 1000 tickets)
Our recently-released entrance management and guestlist app is compatible with Android and iOS devices and is available to download for free on Google Play and the AppStore. Flow allows you to manage your event entrance straight from your smartphone or tablet – just scan tickets or swipe your customers through, or check them off your guestlist.
In order to use the app, you need to login using the entrance management software credentials which can be found on your ticketscript dashboard. All you need to do is go to “Tools” and then click the “Software” tab.

Festivalbox (1000+ tickets)
For events that get over 1000 attendees per day, you’ll get our full Festivalbox package as well as a dedicated Entrance Coordinator to help on location. Again, this is all at no extra cost to you.
The Festivalbox is a transportable flightcase that contains a laptop, an access point which acts as a local server for the wireless scanners provided (how many scanners depends on your event). The ticketing data is held locally on the laptop and any tickets scanned will refer to the database to determine the tickets’ validity. This solution also offers the ability to search for any tickets that have been purchased for the event in question.
The Entrance Coordinator will be on site to help, and will give the staff training and technical support on location. Of course, the Entrance Manager will contact the organiser in advance to make all necessary arrangements.
So, every event that sells through ticketscript will use one of the methods above. No other ticketing provider offers these complementary solutions in such a way – another reason to sell more with ticketscript.

As well as the three above methods for validating tickets bought online, we now offer a new hardware package which gives you the power to sell tickets on the door with ticketscript.
Using a tablet with our exclusive app installed, you can log into your ticketscript account and use it to serve customers on the spot, either sending a ticket via email or printing one out which can then be scanned for entry. Read more about it here or take a look at our ticket box office video.
